i put 70 hours into Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and i don’t regret it. so fun. so many surprising twists and turns although i have to say that the last fight is sort of cheap. but it was so fun. boyfriend says i’ll like Mass Effect so i’ll be playing that after my summer final and final paper. wednesday, i’ll be free!

i’m really sad though, i want to play some wow too but god, i can’t stop playing these third person, rpg games! bring them on!!

well, we used two strips of tri tip instead, so we ate everything. plus we were going to comic con and couldn’t really eat our leftovers. anyway, this was a good marinade for the beef. i loved the aroma of the sesame oil. i used my skillet to cook the meat, heehee.

i think this became my boyfriend’s new favorite. it was really delicious! i almost forgot that there was no dough. however, i couldn’t finish my pizza. i think it was all that cheese. we used teriyaki pineapple meatballs, instead of italian sausage. this was super delicious! this looks like a real pizza, haha

crooked teeth. just taking a break from compiling my powerpoint. i follow a very strict regimen of brushing, mouthwash, flossing. never flossing before the mouthwash because the alcohol will sting my bleeding gums. went to the dentist today, and my teeth were healthy! i got my teeth cleaned too. tartar build up is always a pain though, ew.

but i credit my whiteness of my teeth to years of teeth whitening beforehand. and i’ve been brushing my teeth in the mirror for three to five minutes.

watched harry potter in imax 3D tonight. i started crying halfway through the movie i think and just never stopped crying. thank god for waterproof mascara!

i’m bittersweet about it ending. forever. it was probably the best harry potter movie of all movies. but i could be biased because it was the last movie.

i wish they really, really, really stuck to the book but they did a very good job for what could’ve done.

boyfriend and i both loved this dish a lot. he said it was his favorite out of all the other recipes i made. it was so good, i could have eaten the whole thing. alas, i’m trying to lose weight, not gain it haha. this was very easy to make, and i think i put more broccoli in it but it’s okay because with the creamy alfredo sauce, it was so good. the broccoli soaked up all the creaminess. nom.

on a whim, i wanted to make a dessert from this whole database of low carb foods so i made this recipe. i’m not really used to the whole artificial sugar stuff but i guess i have to get used to it. i did sneak in a little chocolate when i was making this recipe. it was a really dense cheesecake, but very light and fluffy in your mouth. i could’ve eaten the whole cake. sigh
